"What God cannot do does not exist."
Moses probably thought all was over when he escaped for his dear life from Egypt, but no, at age 80 years God polished him for His assignment and he had a straight and unbroken strings of miracles, leading the children of God out of Egypt.
Moses, at a hundred and twenty years old when he died,
"his eyes were not dim nor his natural vigour diminished."
Deuteronomy 34:7
Sure, it was unthinkable for Job after losing all material wherewithal and also all his children and his health was severely threatened to end with such great and remarkable ending.
"Indeed the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.... After this Job lived one hundred and forty years, and saw his children and grandchildren for four generations."
Job 42:10-16
For Jacob, Joseph was long dead—killed by a wild animal. But no, God had a positive and astonishing end for him.
On the return of the second journey of Joseph's brothers to Egypt, they told their father, "Joseph is still alive, and he is governor over all the land of Egypt." And Jacob's heart stood still, because he did not believe them.
But when they told him all the words which Joseph had said to them, and when he saw the carts which Joseph had sent to carry him, the spirit of Jacob their father revived, Then Israel said,
"It is enough. Joseph my son is still alive. I will go and see him before I die."
Genesis 45:25-28
Like it was for Abraham, Moses, Job, and Jacob, your end will be better than your past testimonies of His mercies to date in Jesus' mighty name.
Go nowhere from Him—your end will certainly be beautiful. Hallelujah!
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, grant me the grace to wait with patience and stand firm in faith. I trust in Your divine leading for my life. Guide my steps and quiet my heart as I follow Your will. Amen.
