Exodus 14:14 (NLT): “The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm.”
Calmness lets you see things clearly and understand God’s truth. Anxiety assumptions and instability stand as its opposites clouding your vision.
God fought for the Israelites against the Egyptians. Yet when enemies closed in and it seemed they stood alone panic gripped them.
Brethren calmness unlocks God’s message with clarity .
When hearing from Him or discerning His direction for your life or next step do not assume you know His mind. This is why many take wrong turns thinking God leads them.
A storm with Jesus is a test of faith but without Him it is pure suffering.
God led Israel through the wilderness not to make them suffer but for His glory. Just stay calm that is His word to you today.
The disciples faced a furious storm on the sea forgetting Jesus slept in the boat.
Mark 4:39 (NLT): “He rebuked the wind and said to the waves, ‘Silence! Be still!’ Suddenly the wind stopped, and there was a great calm.”
In every area where God seems silent remain calm. Do not waste precious time on anxiety. The disciples could have rested in faith but panic wasted their strength crying out in fear.
When you stay calm
- You grasp the true meaning of God’s word
- You avoid being misled into error
- You save your efforts time and resources
- Your testimony stays spotless no scars from needless risks
Panic along the way can dent your victory leaving marks even at the finish line. Do not panic remain calm God fights for you.
Psalm 46:10 (NLT): “Be still, and know that I am God!”
Brethren are you in a storm today? Has anxiety stolen your peace? Stay calm like Moses at the Red Sea like the disciples after Jesus spoke. God is working behind the scene for your glory. Hallelujah!
